SHIPPING:
Currently we only ship in the US.
Our Lampshades are custom made to meet the clients specifics requirements, so please allow 3-4 weeks from the time of ordering.
If you need your item sooner, please send an email to info@thelampshadeatelier.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
If your order for any reason is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.
Because our shades are made to order, the usual delivery time is around 3-4 weeks, but it depends on the season of the year. However we will always try to improve lead times when possible. Whenever you place an order you will be able to see the estimated delivery date at that moment.​
For this reason, we recommend that before placing an online order you look at the indicated delivery date and order in advance.
RETURNS:
Our shades are made to order for you, so please read carefully!!
Selecting the best lamp shade can be tricky. We want you to get it right the first time! Before making your purchase, please visit our HOW TO SHOP Section for helpful tips. Of course contact us at info@thelampshadeatelier.com for extra help.
Please Note: While most dyelots of fabrics are a close match, there may be occasions where there is a slight variation. As with any natural product, these variations are customary and should not be considered a defect.
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or refunds as all our products are handmade and made to order pieces. Please note that we do not provide a refund or exchange for a change of mind including if the product doesn’t match your decor, so please choose carefully.
Cancelations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. To initiate a cancellation please email us at info@thelampshadeatelier.com
We inspect and package all our products with the appropriate wrappings to ensure its safety. While we take meticulous care in packaging and shipping your pieces, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of it and send it to us at info@thelampshadeatelier.com within 24 hours and we will gladly remediate the issue as soon as possible.

If you made a mistake placing your order, email us at info@thelampshadeatelier.com within 24hours after the order is placed with your order confirmation number. We are here to help and we will do our best to make things right.
